150 Guest Capacity, Rooftop Bar + Views

Up on our fourth floor you’ll find Lucky Buck’s, our rooftop bar with the best views in Waco. This is the perfect spot to host a birthday celebration, casual rehearsal dinner, or gameday watch party. Our full bar features a rotating beer list with seasonal and local favorites, specialty cocktails, and more. Guests can indulge in all-you-can-eat artisanal pizza from Lucky Buck’s signature pizza oven, while taking in the views of the Magnolia Silos and downtown skyline. SONG BIRD PLAZA & PATIO

Our charming wine and charcuterie bar, Song Bird, is home to two venues at Hotel Herringbone: The Plaza and The Patio. Share your gift of music by showcasing it at our stunning outdoor venue, Song Bird Plaza, which features a live music stage, open-air seating, and plenty of standing room. A space for solo artists and big bands, The Plaza promises to shine the spotlight that you deserve. Looking for something more intimate? The Song Bird Patio is the ideal place to host a casual reception or intimate seated dinner. RED HERRING

350 Guest Capacity, Restaurant Bar + Piano lounge

Red Herring is Hotel Herringbone’s premier restaurant, bar, and piano lounge, offering one of the finest dining experiences in Waco. Our Coastal Mediterranean-inspired menu has something for everyone, with items like oysters on the half shell, housemade 11-year starter- sourdough focaccia.  Open bar packages are available for large groups, as well as full restaurant and bar buyouts, which highlight our highly curated wine list and craft cocktail program. Add live entertainment to our signature piano lounge stage, which is sure to make for a memorable event!

Enjoy the open air by expanding your event from the Ballroom to our spacious third floor Verandah, uniquely situated between our event space and Lucky Buck’s Rooftop Bar - perfect for a creating a flexible flow between multiple spaces. Outfitted with festive high top tables and a wonderful breeze, the Verandah is the ideal space for informal cocktail gatherings or outdoor catered events.
