319 S. 4th Street, in the heart of downtown Waco, Texas. We’re just across the street from Magnolia Market at The Silos and behind the Dr. Pepper Museum.
Thoughtfully appointed with a hint of simplistic elegance and artistically unique decor. Our rooms leave nothing wanted. A mix of King & double Queen rooms and suites of various sizes throughout the property.
Please note that the train track runs just on the other side of Jackson Avenue. At times you can hear the train. We’re working with the city to create a quiet zone.

Although we love our furry friends, unfortunately we sadly can not accommodate pets at this time, with the exception of certified Service Animals.

With over 18,000 sqft of available spaces across different venues at the property, we can host events of all shapes & sizes. From private dining to corporate meetings and social functions.
We have several dedicated parking spots in our lot next door and free parking on all of the surrounding streets.
